We're committed to sourcing thoughtfully by supporting the local agricultural community. It’s part of our vision to bring Bacio back to its roots - making healthy homemade foods from scratch. Using quality ingredients such as olive and avocado oils, Italian 00 flour, and locally grown fresh produce.

Since 1984, Bacio has been part of the Chico community - gathering people around food for everything from quick lunches to big weddings. With decades of experience, our team puts care and heart into every dish we serve.

At Bacio, we believe good food starts with good relationships. That’s why we’re proud to partner with local farmers who share our passion for quality, sustainability, and fresh, seasonal ingredients.

From the vibrant greens of GRUB to the bright berries from Saeturn Farms, the crisp herbs from Covering Ground, and the beautiful blooms at Burns Blossoms, our plates are filled with the best of Butte County. We also work closely with Moua Farm, Farmelot, and other small, hardworking growers who make farm-to-table dining possible right here in Chico.

Alongside these farmers, we’re proud to partner with Sierra Nevada Cheese Company, Has Beans, and Pyramid Farms to bring even more local flavor to every dish.
